We couldn't have gotten a better realtor. We needed to sell a home we inherited, we live in Wisconsin and are unable to travel. Jessica was very through and stayed in constant contact with us during the selling process she explained the paperwork and steps in detail. Jessica is very bright, honest and friendly. She is always available whenever I need her. She told me everything I needed to do to get an approval and guided me through the homebuying process every step of the way. I attended her Homebuyer's Bootcamp with my daughter and it was very informative. That bootcamp taught me a lot. When I attended the bootcamp, my credit score was very low. She gave me helpful advice on how to improve my credit score. I followed her advice and I was able to purchase my first home with a very low interest rate. I would recommend anyone to use Jessica as their Realtor. You won't regret it.

Let me tell you, we entered the house selling world with absolutely NO idea what we were doing and we would have been in a terrible pickle without her! Jessica was patient, professional, and always available for anything we needed. Jessica walked us through every single step, and her professional knowledge prevented us from many pitfalls. She kept us from overpricing the home, and it ultimately was appraised at exactly the right amount! She also encouraged us away from accepting an offer that looked great but she suspected was destined to fall through. (It did!) She finally helped us get through the repairs process without any hiccups. With her help, we were on the market for only three days before we accepted an offer above asking price. Additionally, she was always willing to help. She came to watch the home when we needed to leave while the movers were there, and came back at a moments' notice the next day to let the movers back in when we accidentally locked them out! We moved out of state, but, if we ever move back, we will be using Ms. Jessica Fleming again!

Ms. Fleming went beyond the call of duty in assisting my husband, brother, and me in re-locating from Fort Worth to Corpus Christi. She met with us on a weekend evening when we drove to Corpus Christi from Fort Worth. She showed the houses that we requested in the evening. I would send her other listings which she would tour and do live video for me to watch in Fort Worth. When we decided to purchase our current home, she arranged and met with the inspectors, negotiated the items that needed fixing, negotiated our closing costs, negotiated our receiving our mortgage agreements via FedEx as we were still in Fort Worth. She also stayed at our house on moving day as we had serious trouble with our moving truck while in transit. She remained at our new house in Corpus and instructed the movers who had transported our furniture as we were stuck on I-35 in Waco. Ms. Fleming does it all. She does it willingly.
